Default Struggling With Age of Whites

Hi i am struggling with the age of my whites tree frog. Because of this im worried about either overfeeding or underfeeding. I have been feeding 4 medium sized crickets every other day and he has been scoffing them down.
On my care sheet i have it says as juvies feed 4 daily
and as adults feed 3 every 4 - 5 days
Is there anyway too tell age at all or any help on how much too feed them.
He is about 3-4 inches but looks like he has recently got a really big belly on him. i only noticed this tonight and am now very worried.
I fed him on monday and was planning on feeding him tonight but am going to give it a miss now.
Any advice on this
Will try to get some decnt pics asap but its very hard with a bad phone and seeing as ruby sleeps all day.
Thanks
Chris

Juveniles are up to 2.5 inches
Once bigger than 2.5inches feed them the adult recommendation.
So as yours are 3-4 inches feed it that way.

Also check the skin fold over the ear drum, (the weird looking circle patch near their eye) if you can't see it they are over weight and you need to cut back on feeding. If its fully visable they need to be fed more and if it's half covered it means they are just right

I read on a good care sheet to feed adults 1 cricket daily to simulate the amount they would eat in the wild.

I feed my two 8 to 10 every other day. Josè is smaller than Berta so manages to get less than her, so I put that many in. Having real escape issues though! these crickets are like Houdini!!
