Default is it illegal ?

I was just reading in the general herp chat and hobby issues and i read through the first sticky and im sure i read that its illegal to keep fbt. and its saying u need a license or paper work for a list of animals and fire bellied toads were on the list.
So do you needa license or something for them ? and if so how ?

Nope, not that I know off. I was going to get some almost a year ago, and the person didn't say anything about a license. If that was the case, then you would also need one for FBN and others like Fire Salamander.

No, you don't need any sort of license to keep fire-bellied toads.

you need no license or paperwork to keep fir bellied toads, they are not endangered or deadly.

Most fbt's will be CB now though, so even if they were on the list it is fine.
