Default wtf food ?

hello again i was wondering do my wtf's need to be feed on crickets or can i feed them on hoppers as i hate those little crickets the give me the heeby jeebys but i still feed them they dont bother me that much just i used to feed my beardie on hoppers and am really used to them also a little treat of wax worms is ok as long as i dont overfeed

I feed my guys on a mix of crix and hoppers, only cos you get more crix to the tub and no matter how much I tell them each one is to eat there is always one who will try to snaffle more
never tried my guys on wax worms tho think they are a bit too fattening for whites!!

Crickets are not a must atall.

I have given up on crickets an now feed my frogs on hoppersw, flys, moths and the ocassional roach. just make sure the food is well gutloaded and supplymented as required.
