I just fed mine up for a few weeks, lots of gut loaded, dusted roaches and locusts and a few pinkies, fish and even a froglet. Then left it for a week in clean water, changing it everyday so it emptied its GI system. Then put him in a rub half filled with moist eco earth. He dug down and i'll just leave the soil to dry out. I think i'll take him out in january.
