Default blue leds

hi blue led strips to give a moonlight effect on aquariums are tree frogs active under these at night or will they cause stress??????

well i got told when i got my wtf that the cannot see blue or red light i could be wrong but thats what i got told but if the light is not too bright i cant see how it would strees them out
