Default Fire Salamander food.

Just wondering if I can feed the maggots that you can buy at Fishing bait shops? And what about the coloured ones? I'm trying to get of crickets as fast as I can and I understand it's the time of the year where it's hard to find worms?

Thanks

I am sure i read on another forum that you can feed fishing maggots to your animals but not 100% you could try mail order worms although alot of mail order worms have a distasteful taste and will just be spat out by your animals i have used these worms myself but found only my terrestris would take them my gigliolli would not even look at them hope that helps

Matt
