Default HELP...Someting's wrong with my baby Whites

A couple of times last week I found one of my baby Whites laid on the sub on its back. Thinking it had happen accidentally I just turned it the right way up and thought no more of it. However yesterday and today every time I check it is laid on it's back in exactly the same place in the tank (under the large fern leaves).
I have 2 and the other one is hopping about chasing dinner as usual. I have had them for 2 months now and they have grown from tiny wee things to about 2 inches and are quite fat. They are in a 2x1x2 tall terranium at 50/60% humidity and temps ranging from mid 70s to low 80s. They have loads of 'furniture' and a good sized pond for soaking plus a corner lagoon half way up the tank. I'm feeding baby hoppers and black/brown crix.
Any help would be much appreciated as I haven't a clue what is happening I just know it doesn't seem right

Could you take a pic? You are more likely to get good advice if you can.

I would take it out of that tank and put it in a smaller tank (hospital) with either no substrate or paper towel. A small water dish and a single plant.

If there is a chance it is ill this will help prevent the other from getting ill too.

Other than that I cant help you further cause I dont keep them, but the above is advised across the board at first signs of illness.

Hope he gets better soon

If you pick it up and turn it on it's back can it right itself? If you place it on a flat surface and give it a nudge can it move along normally or not?

Sounds like your white's is Ataxic (Loss of balance and coordination) if you turn it on it's back and it makes no effort to turn back over this is abnormal behaviour for this species.

He will likely need a trip to the vet, there can be many causes for this, all of them are going to need help.

Best of luck,
Lotte***

If I stand him the right way up on my palm he does move quite normally but if I put him on his back he just lies there. It's almost as tho he doesn't realise he's the wrong way up.
Anyway I've set him up in a little pet pal tank to observe him. It's hard to monitor him in amongst all the plants etc, plus he looks so much like his pal I could be watching the wrong one . The only difference between them is a slight variation in colour.
Looks like another vet bill looming....
Thanks for the advice, I'll let you know what happens.

I've just remembered something. About 2 weeks ago he jumped to catch a hopper and banged against the side of the tank. He seemed fine afterwards but now I'm wondering if he did actually suffer a head injury??? It could explain his obvious confusion.
