firstly have you siliconed the cable holes up and covered the mesh?
then for the rest I use good old sticky tape! stick it so it just about overlaps the gaps on the door middle bit and the hinges, but not to touch the other section and get stuck, so it basically makes a flap, this should stop them getting out! Works for me anyway!
I have also tried and it failed a little due to humidity, some self adhesive draft excluder on the door hinges, it was great for about a month then started to peel away.
I've not tried using a strip of silicone piped onto the door hinge area yet, to fill the gap, but not to stick (problem is, leaving it to dry whilst doors are open and no frogs are inside) have thought about it, just I don't have a steady enough hand.
