i use the technique from how clean is your house on my glass, bit og lemon juice and water on a damp cloth then buff it up with a newspaper, but i use a small shamming cloth rather then a newspaper

Lemon Juice works well. Be careful if your frogs are in there though.

I use a bit of dry kitchen roll to polish it up, after cleaning with slightly warm water. a bit of elbow grease also works wonders

not tried lemon juice. sounds like it would work well as long as it's rinsed off I suppose???

It works really well. I haven't used it on any vivs I have frogs in yet though, have used it safely in my leo viv.

last time i was cleaning the glass of my viv when it was being put out of use, i just used water, safe disenfectant and then a sterilised piece of cloth (actually an old t-shirt) and it managed to get the glass practically gleaming

Perhaps 'cos I'm in a hard water area mine tend to stain really badly. I should switch to mineral water but I have a misting system on two tanks and it really uses a lot of water.
