Default Hyloxalus (Cryptophyllobates) azureiventris tadpoles

my Hyloxalus (Cryptophyllobates) azureiventris just dropped off all his tadpole in cunning position pools. So now i think i got them all

Right that was some background. This is the first time i had tadpoles. What the best way of raising them to froglet? Currently i got most in cups, but is it worth keep them in a setup aquariaum, cups or leaving the odd one for the natural method?
