Rubber plants, weeping fig, umbrella plant- practically any plants that are not toxic, and not so delicate that they'll get squished when a frog lands on them. Rubber plants are especially good; they like more or less the same conditions as the frogs and their leaves make good roosting spots. They'll outgrow the tank eventually, but you can trim them (avoid the sap) or just replace them- they're cheap enough.
EDIT: And yes, you can use cordylines- again, bearing in mind that eventually they will outgrow the space.
