Default Grey and Green Tree Frogs

I've been reading up on other amphibians as I'm sure I'll want more after the Red-Eyes from Knighty. I read on several sites that greys and greens (american green, Hyla cinerea) can live in the same enclosure together.
I think it would be cool to keep them together, but would it cause problems?
I know a lot of people ask about keeping different species of dart frogs together, and the impression I get from that is DON'T DO IT!
But is it different with greys and greens?

TBH your going to get the same answer as for darts from most people.

The general consensus for all species of amphibian (and reptiles in general) is : It's a nice idea, if you had many pennies and lots of room you could do it, but it's not a good idea due to competition over food, stress, different temp + humidity requirements etc and various other reasons.

There are people who swear blind it's bad and some who swear blind it's good. Personally I think it's a bad idea unless you have a zoo scale set up with the equipment to create the required microclimates..

That being said, maybe greys and greens can be kept together. I'm not experienced enough to know that, but I'd imagine the same problems would occur..

Yeah that's what I would've assumed. You'd probably need large groups of both and plenty of space for them.
I thought temperature and humidity-wise they would be okay due to coming from the same area?
But I can still see stress and food competition would probably occur.
Maybe not for a few years ey! haha
