Hi
I'll have a go at answering...

1) Mine eat crickets, occasional wax worms, cut up earthworms
2) I have had a quick look at this and it looks very small! Surely the height is not 8cm?????
3) Mine are around 2-3 inches
4) Yes the males call
5) No heating required
6) Mine are in a 40x40x40cm cube, 4 inches of treated water over sand on bottom, few bits of wood/pebbles to create 50/50 land/water with some moss, some plants and a small filter

Mine seem to be happy as they are breeding

Hope that helps!
