I've seen them around gardens etc in Sri Lanka, but never kept them for more than a few days. I'd assume, since they are fairly typical bufonoid toads, that they could be kept in much the same kind of setup as a cane toad- but on a smaller scale. Toads are pretty easy to please, on the whole; a substrate they can burrow in, a water bowl they can soak in, and a shelter they can hide in are the basic needs. Like a lot of frogs and toads, they'll eat most things that will fit in their mouths.
