Ok, two points: 1)You shouldn't need a heat mat unless you live in an igloo; and 2) A tin, or any kind of metal water container, is a bad idea. Yank the mat, hoik out the tin and replace with a plasitic, ceramic or glass container, and it will be fine for them; bear in mind though, they are messy little and will happily drag water all over the land and land all over the water.

Given all that, looks great!

EDIT: Given that tank size, you could easily keep 4, or even 6- they are pretty sociable as frogs go.
