Yesterday I finally bought New Frog his own UV unit, instead of having to share with Oscar. I set it up, plugged it in & fused the house
I thinks I need to shuffle things about so I don't have so much stuff running off one plug socket

Mine's a positive fire hazard these days, my two main hobbies being herps/fish & reading.
Lots & lots of electricals + lots & lots of paper = KABOOM
I have to sort it out, it's going to happen one day.

haha the same thing would happen to me.
also my computer/tv/dvd player/freeview box/wii/gamecube/n64 would all explode.

I just bought a new multiblock for my plated lizard tank, 'cos he had lights, UV lights and heatmat all running from the same socket. Means I've now got an extra place to charge the phone, though!

I have multiblock connected to multiblock connected to multiblock here. 3 tropical fish tanks & 3 viv's all running from the same socket ultimatly. No wonder it blew
Seriously though, how do people who have a whole wall of viv's to heat & light manage without us getting regular 'lizard-man wipes out street' headlines all the time???

I do worry 'bout my carbon footprint- I'm religious in turning off unused appliances, I have low-energy EVERYTHING- but my tanks....
