Default Size question

I am palnning to construct a RETF enclosure from a glass aquarium. The dimensions of the aquarium are 24"x12"x14" about 14 uk gallon, 17 us gallon will this be big enough ? I have did research on this already but some sources say 10 gallon, 15 gallon, 20 gallon & so on. I also plan to put a waterfall in one corner going into a shallow pond. Any input would be great.
Thanks

Depends on how many frogs you want to keep in the tank? Are you going to be turning that tank on end so it's 24" high?

I've seen a 'hinge' of silicon sealant recommended for this kind of conversion, but I'm not totally convinced it would last. Frankly, I'd be inclined to just buy a tall tank/Exo.

Yes, the background just pulls out. You can remove the top for easier access for your 'landscaping'.
