Darts aren't the ideal starter frog but your tank is a good size for a terrestrial species, Tincs, Leucs or Terribilis perhaps.
I've modified two fish tanks so far, just takes a bit of thought. What lighting do you have? Can you post pics of the tank? |

no i cant at the moment, i will try soon though.
Erm well it has a uv light running inside the 'lid' lol thats about it. I can easly put a heat mat under it on a thermostat though...?? how did you convert yours..? adz

Essentially that's it, plenty of dart froggers use fish tanks. Mine didn't need anything really as I'm using it the way up it's meant to be i.e on it's side. I got some metal L profiles and cut them to the size of the top, added some mesh then placed two exo hoods over them. The rest just follow how you'd usually set up a dart viv. Drainage layer,substrate, plants, background etc. |
