Question Green Tree Frog Care/Advice

Hi All i have just set up my first tree frog Viv (i haveTwo baby green tree frogs),Its an Exo 45x45x60,
Substrate is coco fibre and a bit off live moss, the botoom of the viv is 60% substrate and 40% water (approx 3 inches deep), Gravel for drainige etc, Lots of bog wood, plants and rocks up the side of the viv.
My qeustion, is 70 - 80% constant humidity ok, the average Temp is 22, is this a bit on the low side, and my main concern is because i have a fogger in there at ground level the coco fibre is always wet and turning the "pond" water brown.
I have read plenty of care sheets and there seems to be alot of differant opinions, would just like some of your views please.

PS can frogs see red light??
