I have been mucking about with the waterfall and am going to go ahead and use expanding foam to join it and do a test of it tomorrow to see how the water bounces. I think it will look quite good actually. Will keep you posted on both. Thanks for the idea!

Waterfall is done....and it looks great....BUT...although in theory it should work, I cant know for sure because one of my pumps is not powerful enough and the other is way too powerful and literally just shot over the whole thing and wet me and the floor!

So...that is three days of wasted work...or at least it is till I can get a pump that will be right for it.

can you not use an aquarium filter with a variable flow ?
thats assuming you have a decent reservoir .
laid flat , the small ones are ideal for this

Get a tap from Dartfrog to control the rate, that's what I use and it's fantastic.

OoOoOO lets see it
Yes you can get taps which you can place in between pipe work to reduce flow to your exact requirements - most fish shops will supply them, should cost more then a couple of quid.

All the suggestions are sweet and I know this is nuts but I dont actually need a waterfall, and dont have a tank to put it in......I just wanted to see if I could do it! LOL I will probably just end up sticking it in a cupboard when it is done.

Anyway, I have decided to put it on hold until I have sorted out the FBTs tank because I have been told that I should be getting my long awaited geckos in the middle of the month, and their tank needs doing also.

I wont give up on the waterfall, just need to get these two tanks sorted first...will look out for new pump in the meantime. xx
