I take it the pebbles are pretty big?

You need to make sure that the axolotls cannot fit any in their mouths.

A four foot tank you could have 4 as a maximum but it would be quite roomy for 3.

If you put a female in they will def breed so if you dont want to have babies i would advise another male a lecustic

All the pebbles are about 4 cms + in size. I made sure there were no small ones as i read that they will try an fit anything in there mouths. I alsoo have some slate in there too which i have made into some little hideouts for them. I can see why u have so many, they are so addictive! I love my littl guys loads and only got them on sunday!

Hi,

I know they are VERY addictive.

Each one of mine has a diffrent looking face and attitude,Most people think they all look the same but axolotl owners know what i mean.

Beleive me my collection grew from 1 to 7 in three months!!

I was hunting high and low traveling miles to get a a diverse mix of colours
