Filter/waterfall for darts?

hi going to be setting up my first dart frog tank soon and want to make a waterfall and was wondering whats the best filter to use?

will be in a 45x45x60 exo so would only be a few inches of water under a false floor so would an internal or external filter be best?

I am contemplating the same thing just been looking on Ebay and saw this little badboy Small indoor/outdoor water feature pump! on eBay (end time 08-Apr-10 00:25:10 BST) I think this is what im going to get just put it under the false bottom and extend the pipe to the top of the viv to come down your feautre

yeah thats what im doing, iv got one simular to that. An idea might be to make a point u can stick a pipe down to the water to syphern it out and put fresh in when it needs it?!

haha best not to ask me, my design now means i carnt get the doors back in! :/ woooooooooooopppppppsssssssssssssss

So instead im gonna have to rip the top glass runner off, slip the doors in, then silicone it back in place, so my whole design, making it easy to take in / out has now gone to shit because the doors are stuck ^^ lmao...

@ The filtering issue

I was thinking of useing a mini moto style fuel filter Not Used !

Or maybe a bit of the soft bit on a scouring pad.

Have twio pieces of pipe and inside the connecter put the foamy scouring stuff

Yeah i think it would just catch the gunk and junk and then replace every 6 or 12 months thats what i might do ????
