Default silicone background

i stupidly used clear silicone and not black for my back wall. because this morning i tiped off the excess eco earth and there's a few patches i missed and u can see the expanding foam. to make it worse, i ran out of silicone

but yh, can i leave it like that (it's not greatly visable if i use plants etc.) or will the expanding foam be poisonous etc. and get some more silicone and patch it up?

thanks

could have grouted / painted it first ,
but as for the foam , if its the cheapo non fungicide stuff then its down to wether you can live with seeing it ,
shouldnt be a health problem
