WANTED : live plants

I know this might sound a little bit cheeky, but I dont earn much money and what I do goes towards Hayley... And I thinking about starting up a 2ft tropical fish tank. I have someone giving me a tank already (not the ones Im selling for a friend). And was wondering if anyone could give me some live plants for very cheap or free, can even be some cuttings or un needed ones of theirs etc...

Anything given is great and thanks for reading

i would have but dorset is abit far as i'm in durham. if your going for live plants its would spending a little on setting up a CO2 supply. it may be worth getting the tank up and running and cycled first though.

my family didnt bother using a CO2 and theres is growing great. I will pay postage for them if thats an opition ?

well i have java fern, stright and twisted vallis and maybe some amazon sword if there are any offsets, i also have a leafy vine that really takes off with CO2. you can keep them with co2 but they look much healthier with them. all spent about £16 on a deacent diffuser and some flexi pipe and use a 2litre pop bottle with water yeast and suger in it. It keeps my 180litre tank lush and green for 3 to 4 weeks before it needs changing. I need to get some envelopes tomorrow so i will see if i can get a decent sized padded envelope or snall box and some zip bags. with postage i imagine it would be a few quid and i'm forever finning out plants in the tank as they grow so fast.

Well I gotta get the money in paypal... but other then that then I will take them as the tank got set up today just wanted to it to all cycle and everything... Let me know how much postage will be
