4x2x2 with stand and hood

Hi
I have for sale a 4x2x2 with a timber stand, a home made hood with double light starter and bulbs and a heater for sale. I had it set up for about 1 year and then had to shut it down due to lack of funds so it is sitting taking up space in my spare room. I had it set up for marines so I also have a UV sterilizer and a skimmer that can be bought as well.
Only looking for £200 ono for tank and stand
or £275 with UV and skimmer.

Would concider swaps for snake racking or royal morphs.
