yer i know i will lol but im only going to if i have to. they were on about banning channa a short while ago and evertyone went mad buying them up, prices went up and then they turn`d round and said o it aint gunner happen yet lol.

i used to keep black stingrays and i decided i needed a bigger tank so i sold them to pay for a new 8x4x2 tank on the understanding ide buy more as soon as it was up and running. i sold 3 for £650 then they banned them! and they went to £1000 each to get back! that is the WORST move i ever made.

gorgeous channa mate.

It's one species I'd love to keep. Just don't have anywhere for one at the moment.

How long you had him?

im feeling you on the black rays mate, i had a lovely pair, great big female, and sold them to another manager in my chain for a good price, next thing i know, im realising my ray display really lacks something with that pair gone and i cant get hold of black rays for love nor money!!! stunning snake head, nice to see some of the more unusual stuff, get some more pics of your tank up, would love to see the other occupants.

what species of black ray are we talking about here? leopoldii? henlei?

or a different one altogether. My knowledge of ray species is limited having only kept a few different species (motoro, hystrix, leopoldii and henlei).
