Default cockatiles diet

Morning all! have yet another question on what to feed cockatiels, one of mine is losing most of his neck feathers and some at the base of his tail (not moulting) he seems to pull the odd feather out too, b4 anyone asks he shares his cage with 3 others the cage is large they get let out daily they all get on really well.
To be honest up until last few months ive only really ever fed them a seed diet but ive done more research and found this is not good, now i worry if through my ignorance im doing them harm Ive read they likegreens/fruit/vegetables which ive started to give them. I also read feeding them abit of meat ie chicken/fish/beef is fine anyone else feed theirs this?
They have vitamin drops in their water daily and a sprinkle of this other stuff on their foods daily, cant recall name off hand, i think i read something about vitamin A anyone know anything about this what else should i be doing im becoming abit stressed and worried now.
