If you are keeping your Ball Pythons in a rack system is it necessary to have uv lights for the snakes?

If anyone can give me some advice on this it will be helpfull.

I have for Sale 2 Chinese Water Dragons, yoda (Female 4yrs Old) and Mr meague (male 6 Months Old). It also includes a Cherry Wood 4ft Vivarium with Glass Front.
They are both tame and great around Kids, i have a 2year old that loves them and they let him pick them up (with adult supervision) and just sit there on his shoulder. The reason i'm looking for a new home for them, is i am moving and i'm not allowed no pets(of any Kind), which is a shame as they are both brilliant Pets.
