I have set the control unit to control my avarium for my tortoise the problem I am having is that when the thermostat changes from day time temperature to night time or night time to day the the warning alarm sounds.

The temperature settings are day temp 28 degrees C and night 20 degrees C, the alarm difference is set to 5 degrees C.

I do not want to exceed this as it may be harmful.

Have I set the thermostat up correctly,...
