Corn snake babies hatching right now

I have 17 eggs in the incubator and 2 of them have cut their shell and have started to poke their head out. What should i be doing right now? On the lid of the incubator i have a piece of glass that i have had covered by a tea towel. Should i take that off now so they can see the light or partially off? Should i partially open the lid to allow fresh air in or?

Need some help. Not totally sure what i should be doing or if i should leave them totaly alone and not change anything?
