Please Can someone advise me on sexing leos?

Hi everyone, I have two leopard geckos and I have decided I want to breed them but unfortunatley I may not have a male and female. I know at least one is female because I got some eggs a couple of years ago- does there have to be a male involved to get eggs? I am almost sure one is a female but the other I am unsure on. He (or she) seems to have the hemipenile bulges but not dark v shape. Thee seems to be a v shape lighter than the rest of its skin though!
