One post ovulation shed complete by Polly, my pastel boa and big Sally is in post ovulation shed as I type.

So thats pastel x normal and Sinder x normal boas on their way so far.

i recently got one of my girl royals back after a brief honeymoon. its my first year with royals breeding so i am at a loss as to what to look for when! she went away for her fling early january and was seen to lock with the male a few times between shedding and meals. so now i have her back and i am bringing her temps up etc.....when can i expect to see ovulation? is it really as bvious as people say?!

You'll see them laying belly tipped/up, wrapping the bowls, when they ovulate they look like they've swallowed a coke can.

I havent seen an ovulation yet but i have 2 girls with good size follicles in them which is niiiceee

i have seen that site but i still feel like i am waiting for something i could easily miss! before i hatched any tortoise eggs i was convinced i wouldnt know the difference between a fertile one and a dud but as soon as i saw it i KNEW the difference.....i am hoping its going to be like that. i check her everyday( visually, dont want to freak her out or change her routines) and i havent seen anything yet. fingers crossed. i am just a pannicker!
