Probably has been done at some point but cant have had great colour results otherwise they would get more of a public airing like the jungle corn for example. And because they are no longer a pure milk of one sub species or another then you might have issues selling them. Also there is no guarantee they will fertile offspring (as often happens when you cross kings). More headache than its worth.
Edited to add - have a look at this site http://www.uk-hybrids.com/Hybrid/Hybrids.html They have done all sorts of crosses with houdrans and sinaloans but never the 2 together, maybe they are just incompatible and never produce fertile eggs.
