i was told to use this method:-
put egg tub on scales, put scales back to zero, fill to required level with vermiculite, get your calculator, multiply the weight of the vermiculite by 0.8 add that weight of water, then add eggs, buried half way in, being careful not to turn them over and drown the embryos use a tub without holes so the water dosnt evaporate, and opening the tub to check on the eggs every few days will give enough air exchange for them to develop. anyone else do this? |
