i'd leave her be, untill she calms down and loses interest. i'f she's just laid them there's little risk to the eggs if you leave them where they are for the time being.
once she's lost interest a little and moved off then you can remove the eggs, if she's still a little defensive, see if she'll let you remove her to another tubs or someones hands while to remove the eggs, just so she doesn't see you stealing them.
