You can in that the snakes won't refuse to mate, but it isn't recommended as inbreeding can result in various genetic problems with the offspring which can reduce success of clutches and the survival of the hatchlings. The more times inbreeding occurs, the higher the risks of some unwanted genes popping up and the higher the risk of losses and hatchlings with problems.
