Default Egg sacks not being absorbed

Right guys for some reasons my latest batch of eggs (stenodactylus sthenodactylus) have had a very poor success rate. In the recent batch only two of the five hatchlings have surrived. The other three have all been found dead, and have not absorbed their egg sac.

Does any one know why this could be??

All the previous eggs have hatched and given be very health baby stenos, but this last batch seems poor. The egg size also seems smaller then usually in comparrision.

The only difference with regard to this batch to the others is that it was left in the viv for longer as i coldn't find them at first. Could it be that being in the viv for longer, with a flucation in temps caused this last batch of eggs to be un-healthy and the babies to not absorb their egg sac.

Any information would be appriciated.
Jay
