I tend to wait a few hours until there all hatched and have explored there surroundings, just try to handle them with extreme care and it should be fine, try to leave them after moving as they may be stressed.

I tend to keep my hatchlings in smaller rubs/tubs moving them up a size as they grow ~ I don't move them into full size vivs until at least several months old (usually about 5-6 months).
I have a hatchling caresheet/guide on my website which may be of help

Congrats on your hatchlings! Anyway, as above, it helps to move the hatchling into an appropriately sized `house` for a young leo - something around the size of an ice-cream tub (I`m no good at the litres thing sorry - to me it`s either very small, small, medium, large or HHUUGGGEEE!). It helps them to feel safe and secure, and enables them to be able to get to their food, water and calcium dishes quickly, whilst at the same time being able to have one eye on their planned route to their hide, as they do tend to be very nervous for the first few weeks, and seem to appreciate being able to get `home` quickly.
If you house them in a full sized viv, then there`s a risk that they will find the smallest, snuggish and safest spot for them - and stay there, at the expense of daring to run the gauntlet of the - to them full of danger - `food bowl run`.
