Default Breeding and work?

Just wondered what people do with their hatchlings (especialy boas and pythons) when they hatch out on a work day?

Do you leave the boas in with the mother all day and then sort them out when you get home or run around like a looney and try to sort them out before work?

Also same question for pythons (although obviously in the incubator without the mother )
Cheers

If I know they are due to give birth very soon then I have the setups all ready and a full spray bottle in a warm spot so when I check for them I am ready to go so quick scoop out, wash off, into freshly sprayed hatchlings tubs, then thankfully I have racks so if I am out of time I can simply shift mum into another tub and leave till I get back, I try not to as it stinks.

For the eggs I dont tend to check them before work so they just kind of wait until I do check them. But again have setups all ready to go.

Its all about the prep, but I have called into work and said I will be late because of a snake, but I dont have kids so I consider these to be my unavoidable emergency days and thankfully my boss understands.
