Default surprise beardy eggs need a little help ???

hi i was given a 3 year old beardy from a friend he was downsizing his collection and as i got her home she layd 17 eggs all look healthy she layd them on newspapper whitch has worryd me alot he droped her off only about 30 mins ago i noticed she was diging alot and as i went to investigate she layd them all i have got them in an incubator wich i had already going for my normals but i am worried i am to late is there a chance they will be ok all seem ok a few a have a brown mark on them but thats it Gutted i never relised she was gravid i hope i havnt lost them
anyone no if they will be ok i have never had this happen with my others as i was well prepared
