Default Wasnt expecting to do this yet but.........

Aparantly one of my leos isnt a girl and another one may be carying eggs.

I have 3 together in 1 viv, all bought as girls, but I know that cant be 100% when they are little.

Picked them up from there holiday boarding today and they think one had eggs, unfortunately the guy who spotted this is away until next week.

So what shall I do to prepare just in case.

She is only 31g will this damage her?

it can do as she could end up egg bound , make sure she has lots of calcium as she will loose it as she provides it for the eggs , a cheep way to incubate is get substrate that hold moist and tubs , a poly box and heat mat ,and a thermostat to keep temp still if flucturates it can kill the eggs , set between 80-90 if im right if at 80deg you can garantee females ,85deg a mix of both sexes and around 90deg for males when eggs are layed do not turn ,toss etc as this can drown the babys inside place a mark on top so you know which way they were layed then place them on the substrate i think they take around 40-60 days to hatch but if im wron somebody will help take a look at this site it may help you Albey's How To Incubate Leopard Gecko Eggs hope this helps

That seems very underweight for breeding but im no expert and since you didnt do it purposely i suppose you better get ready for some eggs

I guess your just gonna have to make sure you fatten her up and give her alot of calcium

accidents happen, the same thing happened with one of my first leos,

main thing is lots of calcium and lots of food to keep her weight up, keep dusted mealworms in at all times and offerother livefood to keep her interested in eating.

you can use damp moss, vermiculite or eco earth for the lay box, mine have eco earth, i spray it a couple of times a weeks to keep it damp
