you will get normal corns het for amel/caramel/motley which you will probably struggle to give away at the moment to be honest...
If your very lucky you would need you normal to be het amel or caramel or motley and then you would get .. yes thats right a few amels, caramels and motley in the mix but its one hell of a gamble and highly unlkely.. i would say you would get all normals. With the corn snake climate at the moment if you really want to breed by a pair of morphs which produce a few offspring which will produce some you want to hold onto yourself.... |

Nothing is moving in the corn market at the moment, you'd be lucky to sell the babies so be prepared to keep and feed 20 or more corns for a year or so while you try to sell them, bearing in mind that each snake will need it's own tub etc. Be prepared for massive vets bills if your snake becomes eggbound and needs emergency surgery. Ok this is rare if your female is in good health but you still need to be prepared. It's an awful lot of work and money for you and stress on the female to breed offspring that you may not be able to give away. How big are your breeders?

for the snopal motley, i;d use the right male.. IF it is one, you dont want to waste it on something that will produce you a bunch of hets.

I would look at investing in another snowpal or something that carries these genes amel anery and lava to produce snowpals which out of all your snakes would be the easiest to sell on. Unless your planning on keeping some of the offspring i would advise NOT BREEDING until you have learnt a little more about corn snake genetics to be honest so go and google a snake genetics 101 idiots guide... Dont take this the wrong way im not saying dont breed.. im saying go do your homework.. |

Butter het motley to Amel het Motley = Amels and maybe a few Amel Motleys, all het Caramel.
Snopal Motley (are you SURE it's homozygous Lavender, Anery, Amel) to Butter het Motley = Amels and Amel Motleys, het Caramel, Lavender, Anery. |
