depends on the female, i have one who is a very narky madam, so it takes a snakehook and careful handling to remove her.
others are fine and just need to be carefully lifted making sure the eggs stay as they are.
once the female is off, move her to another tub while u deal with the eggs, lift carfully into your incubation tub, ut the lid on then leave well alone.
as for mum, wash her down with a some nice warm water, clean her tank/tub fully and disinfect it, this way she is far more likely to start feeding sooner rather than later
