is my bready too old for her?

hello,
i was wondering if my male beardy is getting to old for it as a friend has put her girl in with him and he dose not seem to want to do anything with her, when she 1st came he did the start of it (grab ing her by the back of the head)
but never moved her over to the side, i have no idea how old he is, the girl is 2 and seem a lot smaller i think she is a rankins
