What do the eggs look like?
The ambient temps can rise yes, but if you've been adjusting temps by the readins on the thermometer probe then they are more than likely gonna be a bit lower where the eggs are.
They can still incubate at a slightly lower temperature, although it can increase the length of time for incubation.
Have you taken a temp reading from the vermiculite where the eggs are?
I'm assuming you haven't rotated the eggs or moved them since they were placed in the incubator.

If you could give an idea of what the eggs look like as well, or take some pics then that would help.
Just try not to panic if they're ok and healthy then they'll come out in their own time, unfortunately they don't run like clockwork all the time. Mine were due on the 17th of Feb, but they hatched out on the 27th and 28th of Feb.

83.5 is a little low, if it's been like that since you started incubation and they've still developed then they might take a little longer and also hatch out over a longer period of time as well.

Mine are now a few weeks old and are batty as hell.
