Default Beardie eggs dilemma

Beardie eggs dilemma
we had 3 eggs out of a cluch of 22 (ITS A LONG STORY FAULTY INCUBATOR) 2 out of the 3 have hatched about a week ago and 1 lone egg is still there, i no its a good egg as i have candled the egg just to check as i dont like doing this a lot as i feel its bad for the egg plus the beardie in side, is it normal for the eggs to hatch weeks apart from each other? 2 of them are eating ect and are really strong now and thriving. Do u think we should cut the egg or leave well alone for a bit longer? And if so how long?
