Being able to poo and eat is not an indictor of whether or not the beardie is egg bound - a reptile can be egg bound for several days before showing negative symptoms. If she is unable to pass her eggs except when going to the toilet then this suggest a lack of muscle tone in her oviducts or possibly uterine inertia - contact your vet in the morning for advice, she may need an injection of oxytocin to help her along or possibly surgery to remove the eggs.

You will be able to tell if the eggs are fertile if the female has been with a male and the eggs are smooth, dry and creamy white - if they are yellow, slimey to the touch and starting to sag then they are slugs (non-fertile).

Either way, seeing as you don't have an incubator prepared anyway I would recommend freezing the eggs to kill them and then focusing all your attention on ensuring the female is healthy.
