Default Breeding set up

Quick question, my usual set up is just a normal RUB with two hides and a water bowl. I use newspaper with beech chips on the top for substrate, is this ok? Just wondering what others was?

CB14 Royal Python
CB14 Corn Snake
CB14 Burm

2 hides, 1 in cool end, 1 in hot end, water bowl, thermometer, we used to use beech chips but found they go mouldy easy to we now use unprinted paper, just newspaper or just beech chips is fine

You don't need hides when they are in together .
