no johnny it wasnt a dig, it was that its not just the fact that i have been a youthworker in the past makes me understand where sparkle is coming from, its me being a grown up too that does. So if i hadnt been a youth worker before i would still understand what she meant and would still agree with it

and might i add, i saw this thread before anyone posted on it and as Luke said, people were thinkin it, i certainly was, i just refrained from postin on it as im tryna see what happens with you melinda without antagonising you, its just luke posted it thats all, and i think he could have been a lot ruder in his response, i think he conducted himself in his response very well

so if a 12 year old is articulate and educated they MUST be lying and pretending...

Luke being 12 has actually replied with WAY more maturity than many on here...

you know jonny that your MRS sent him Pms telling hi he was foul mouthed and really being very arrogant to him whilst the funny fact she actually USED the word CRAP ( which she had such issue with him using) just a day or 2 before.. when he mentioned this to her in his reply he was told to shut up and she was ana dult and could do as she pleased..

Now johnny step back and think.. is this a mature womans repsonse or a silly tittle tatle playgorund attitude.. if she wasnt your mrs youd be totally embaressed.. or would u ???

I think the mods need to take a look at how ridiculous we are treating the younger members on here and just how disrespectful the adults can be towards thyem.. they are kids.. and yes they use that excuse at times but they can... we are the adults supposed to set examples..

if mrs DD had issue with Luke using the word crap.. she should have Pmed him in an adult fashion .. but she didnt really have a leg to stand on considering she used it to.. when Luke pointed that out to her.. she had a hissy fit at him.. whos more childish here eh????

we have a go at our youths for not trying hard enough.. for being stupid..

the absolute pettiness of some of the adults on here is obvious.. ... those type of adults ( if they have kids) are what causes issues in society.. the inability to have respect and compassion for youths.. making them feel belittled and inferior.. no wonder there are so many problems if this is the way adults think is cool or acceptable to talk to children..

My daughter is 11 and 2 to 3 years ahead academically at school in English language and communication studies, her teacher has mentioned they find it difficult to give her material at her level she is so advanced, her recent project i have been told is written more in the style of a child who is 14 or 15 years old, this is due to the fact I help her do difficult crosswords and we sit with dictionaries etc... I have dyslexia and did not want her to fall behind in any way so much so she is now very advanced..

just because a child is able to outsmart an adult in his or her reposnes and stay MORE adult than them all put together does not make them a liar..
