Default Sick of comments about prices.

I'd like to raise that I am sick of seeing so many people moaning about "over priced" animals recently, in particular Ball Pythons.

If you don't like the price, don't buy it. If you're really interested in the animal take it to PM.

Prices shouldn't be dropped because sellers are bullied into dropping.

I happen to price the majority of my animals at "above average", why? because they are above average animals.

Just my 2p worth.

but at the same time, this isnt ebay or any other classifieds website. It is a retile community where people come to chat, get advice and make friends. If someone is over pricing their animals, others dont want to see people get ripped off by paying over market value. They are advising that its too high in price....just my 1p's worth (I thought your 2p was a little too high )

This is true, however I don't see it as being ripped off. The majority of the time, it's people who have no clue wanting a quick bargain.

its really hard to judge with prices as they vary so much from area to area and shop to shop, also people often see this a second hand so it should be cheaper which isnt the case (just my 10000000 zimbabwe dollars)

I must admit, the Red Triangle is one of my favourite tools on the Classifieds.

If the price is a little on the high side then it allows room for a little haggling, Without the seller losing too much and the buyer feeling they get a good deal

You should know your market though. Do a bit of research and shop around. Sellers should also do this and find out what sort of price range they should be selling for.

However something is only worth what you are prepared to pay for it.
